Early Drop-Off: We offer an 8am early drop-off option for campers who need to arrive a little early. This add-on is available for an additional $10 per day.
If your child is attending both morning and afternoon camps, they have to option to share lunch with us! Each camper will be responsible for bringing their own bag lunch. We ask they only bring bottled water to drink.
Camp Policies and Procedures
3-Day Camps: Tuesday-Thursday @ 9am-12:30pm or 1:30pm-5pm
4-Day Camps: Tuesday-Friday @ 9am-12:30pm or 1:30pm-5pm
5-Day Camps: Monday-Friday @ 9am-12:30pm
NEW CAMPERS: are required to take the sewing pre-requisite to attend any classes or camps at the studio.
Pre-Requisite: Learn Your Machine is offered weekly on Monday mornings from 10am-12pm throughout the summer months. (Only required for new students.) Learn Your Machine is also available as a private lesson, contact Jennifer at ThimbleBees@gmail.com for scheduling.
Age Requirements: Unless otherwise stated all camps will be suitable for children ages 7 thru teen. Ages will vary per camp. Students will be divided into two groups based on their age and/or their sewing ability and experience. Camps labeled TEENS only are intended for students ages 11+.
Sewing Experience: Our camps are structured to inspire the beginner and experienced sewist. We divide each camp into groups based on their age and sewing experience. The number of projects completed is based on their sewing ability and their time management (ability to focus). Every effort will be made to have students complete projects, but we do not guarantee all campers will complete all projects. However, as a courtesy we offer campers the option to attend class on Saturday, August 12 to complete any unfinished work.
Drop-Off: All camps are a student “drop-off” activity. Only registered campers are allowed in the studio during sessions. Each day before camp begins, we are busy preparing for a successful day with your child, for this reason we ask that you do not drop your child off any earlier than 10 minutes before camp starts.

Materials: Our camps and workshops are all inclusive! No need to purchase additional supplies. We are excited to offer our campers three choices of fabric collections so their projects reflect their personal style. Two weeks prior to camp, you will receive an email for your child to review and choose her favorite fabric collection.
Cost: The cost of camp is as follows: 3-Day $155, 4-Day $180, and 5-Day $225. This includes all materials to complete camp projects, use of computerized sewing machines and tools, and three and a half hours per day of sewing instruction. Student to instructor ratio is 4:1.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to reserve a seat in camp. Full balance must be paid 30 days prior to first day of camp. All camp registration fees and deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance.
